Vedic Meditation Courses
Course Outline
Vedic meditation is taught over four consecutive days, each session lasting approximately 60-90 minutes. On the first day of the course, a mantra is given, followed by instructions on how to use it correctly.
Over the following three days, the student is given guidance on the technique, the technique is checked, how the technique works on both physical and emotional levels, the benefits of meditation, how to integrate this practice into daily life, and the opportunity for questions that arise and experiences of meditation.
By the end of the course, students will be independent meditators. They will have learned a technique that can be carried with them and practised in any place where they can sit with their eyes closed, thus allowing the mind to settle effortlessly and the body to relax deeply.
The course of instruction is by appointment and taught one-on-one or in small groups.

Introductory Talks
Attend a free introductory talk before learning to meditate. Many people mistakenly believe they can't meditate, that meditation is difficult, and that they need to stop thinking to be able to meditate. During an Introductory talk, all these beliefs and more will be discussed, as well as the lineage of this technique, the course of instruction, and the opportunity to ask questions.
Talks are held by appointment.
